Return and refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your MODHAUTE purchase. This Refund policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested and processed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Return window

We offer a 14-day return period. You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Initiating a return

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@modhaute.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All other new, full priced merchandise may be eligible for return if it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

European Union cooling off period

If new merchandise is shipped into the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification. Items returned under this right must meet the same eligibility conditions described above: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
