Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at MODHAUTE. We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. This Shipping policy provides detailed information about order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping methods, and customs procedures for all destinations we serve.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Shipping origins
We ship from select fulfillment locations in Europe. Your order will be dispatched from the location that offers the fastest delivery based on product availability and your shipping destination.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Europe, Canada, and the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine due to ongoing restrictions. If your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@modhaute.com to inquire about special arrangements.
Delivery timeframes
Europe: 2-3 business days
North America: 5-7 business days

Shipping methods
We partner with trusted global carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The carrier is automatically selected at checkout based on the most efficient service available for your destination.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are flat rate, determined by destination country, and calculated during checkout. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $400 USD (after discounts and before taxes; shipping costs excluded). Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in this offer.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, a direct tracking link, and your estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, duties, and import fees
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by jurisdiction and are determined by local customs authorities.
DDP: United States
Shipments to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout and included in the total amount paid. No additional fees will be due upon delivery, and orders clear U.S. Customs automatically prior to arrival.
DDU: Canada and countries within Europe
Shipments to Canada and countries within Europe are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout. You may be contacted by the carrier or your local customs authority before delivery to arrange payment of these charges.
Customs thresholds and import processes vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. We are legally required to declare the full value of all goods on international shipments and must include an invoice with each package. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue the contents. Customs delays are outside our control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
Undeliverable or delayed shipments
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. MODHAUTE is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier errors, customs holds, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or shows no tracking updates for more than seven days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@modhaute.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
